It’s easy to become a volunteer with CALGARY OUTLINK! Just fill out the following (x)[Online Form](x) or print out the Mail-In Volunteer Application and two (2) Reference Forms. Complete the application and have the reference forms completed by two separate individuals who can best speak to your ability for your chosen positions.

All forms can either be faxed to CALGARY OUTLINK at (403) 261-9766 or mailed to/dropped off at #4, 1230A – 17th Ave SW. Once all has been received, you will be contacted to set up a meeting to finalize the process.
